We are working on a personal One-on-One basis on all your personal issues. You found me, because you have the idea of getting rid of your back pain, regaining your old fitness, achieving more physical well-being and balance, searching for new training ideas, questioning me concerning healthy nutrition or changing your life completely? Or just simply having heard of me!
It's my pleasure to welcome you here!
Well, what happens next? You would contact me initially and we meet for a first personal chat discussing your ideas, wishes, plans and goals. Finally we decide on your personal fitness-package, analyse your daily routines and add fitness parts where it is of most use for you. By doing that I am combining my expertise in the fitness and physical health area with my nutrition and consulting skills. Without losing time we are performing our units in your environment, in between business meetings, while your washing machine is running or your kids are sleeping peacefully.
As time goes by you will exceed your known limits as you are patiently working on your personal strengths. Step by step we are creating your new life concept by sustainably activating your health resources!
2. Fitness & Business
Furthermore I am providing support on corporate health management and company’s health issues as well. The projects and contents do vary of course, depending on the individual requirements of the company, location and employees.
As consultant for Fitness and Physical Health, Nutrition, Stress-Management and Mental Performance I am conducting seminars and workshops for major companies throughout Germany. Additionally I am building up individual teambuilding-events, healthy cooking-events, active-break programmes or offering several in-house fitness activities.
